Order of CFCT against Barclays for LIBOR’s and EURIBOR’s manipulations
Here attached the measure of U.S. CFCT (Commodity Futures Trading Commission) which imposed the sanctions to Barclays for the famous scandal concerning the manipulation of the indices Libor (London Interbank Offered Rate) and EURIBOR (Euro Interbank Offered Rate).
