A short profile
I have been a lawyer in Milan since 1998, working in one of the leading Italian law firms specialised in Corporate Criminal Law.
In 2010, together with some experienced colleagues, I founded a multi-discipline firm, able to combine specific skills in many different legal sectors and to serve Clients ranging from large corporations to entrepreneurs and private individuals.
Areas of experience
Corporate criminal law: consultancy and defence for corporate, banking and financial crimes, anti money-laundering and crimes against Public Administration.
Safety at work and environmental criminal law: (specific expertise in the assistance and defence of managers of water services (drinking water and wastewater treatments).
Legislative Decree 231/01: (a law similar to the UK Bribery Act) the so-called administrative liability of corporate bodies: drawing up organisational models, defence of bodies (companies and banking institutes) during the trial.
Slander/Copyright: protection of different publishers and private Clients, both for crimes committed through the printed word and via Internet, assistance to journalists in front of qualified professional bodies, assistance on the protection of copyright.
Privacy: following the introduction of this specific legislation, I have given assistance to publishers and companies in both Courts of Law and before the Privacy Authority.
